Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

A word of caution for anyone else considering buying a refurbished machine - Vitamix really publicizes how great their recertification process is, and I think it's a great idea from an environmental perspective, but my machine came to me with the start/stop button not working at all. The pulse button works, but there was clearly a miss with their quality control.
