I saw the high ratings and thought maybe I came across a chair that was magically both cheap AND good. I was wrong. The padding in the seat was all bunched up and uncomfortable to sit on - it was noticeable just by looking at it as the seat looked lumpy. They sent out a replacement, which would fall completely backward when reclined. I asked them to provide a box and return labels for a refund, and they sent me over 5 different emails saying that I'd have to keep the chairs because they were unable to provide a box - and this was after they tried everything else to get me to keep these crappy chairs. They insisted I had to call them. They offered me money to keep the defective chairs. I had to go directly through Amazon to get a refund. If you want a quality product from a trustworthy seller, look elsewhere.
