Design Flaws
Most of these sunrise clocks are alike, and I'm having trouble finding one that doesn't have a major flaw in its design. This one has two flaws I can't live with and is going back. First flaw: When you have the radio on, it only displays the FM station. The time goes bye bye. So if you like to listen to the radio as you're getting ready for work, as I do, you'll need a second clock to keep tabs on the time. Dumb design. Second flaw: To lower the volume, you must go through all volume levels until you past the loudest level to get back to the lowest volume setting. So if my radio is at a 4 and my phone rings, I can't quickly lower the volume---I must first increase the volume to a maximum 15 before it gets back to 0. Really dumb design. Other clocks like this have a volume up and a volume down control. The buttons on the back are also useless, because you will have to tilt the clock back to even see which button you want. The only positive I see for this clock is its slim design.
