Disappointing Resolution of Issues
First, there is no way to progress in game play without spending money. Second, the price of game gold is outrageous. You will spend about $40US to max out each episode. Third, the time it takes to resolve known issues impacting numerous players is ridiculous. There is a current bug in duel play that has gone unresolved for weeks affecting tons of players. In my communication with customer service they tell me they have no idea when it will be fixed. I read that bunches of people are having the same problem. It's a major issue for game play. They must be spending resources on the Kim Kardashian app instead. Bummed and about to uninstall game.
