Terrible. Purchased it brand new via amazon on 4/5/2016 for a Toyota 2010 Prius. It worked fine until yesterday 6/18/17. The battery went dead, took it out of the car and charged it in parallel with a known good battery. Battery did not hold charge, and voltage continuously dropped and this was verified with a voltmeter. I contacted optima this morning and they would not process it. Their 36 month warranty is BS. They sent me right back to amazon to try and claim warranty, they even had a procedure rehearsed so it sounds like they have done this before. Fortunately amazon has resolved this issue with me. BUY OEM, pay a little more and go with a trusted warranty.
