Nope!! Does not look like photo. If you want to resemble the wacky, waving, flailing arm, inflatable tube man, this would be your outfit. The "hood" is an extended turtleneck and the sleeves too long. I wear xl, but ordered 3xl because it's stated that it's outerwear and I would wear something under it. Not this item. Narrow and elongated.
