I've been buying Swiffer for several years, always at a local department store. During the lockdown I ordered these from Amazon instead. I ordered both the 360 and the regular ones. Immediately I had trouble getting the duster on the handle and getting it stay on on both versions. Every Swiffer I've ever used before these has a solid channel on the back to slide the handle into. These do not. They have strips that you have to try to weave the handle into. The result is they fall off CONSTANTLY, and worse, the plastic prongs don't stay tucked inside the duster leaving them exposed to scrape along whatever you're dusting. I got so frustrated I decided to email Proctor & Gamble showing them a photo and asking if they had changed the design. The response I got back was they had not changed it and based on my picture these were not Swiffer dusters. Lesson learned. Don't waste your money. Sure the fabric catches dust effectively, but you might as well hold it in your hand, you can't get it to stay on the handle so order from a reputable store if you don't want to spend your whole time trying to get a dirty duster back onto the handle instead of actually cleaning. I don't have a geniune 360 to compare to so these are photos of the regular duster, but you can clearly see the issue which is the same issue for these 360 ones. In fact the 360 I was using has fallen off and I can't even tell where I could slide the handle back into it.
