With no help in the user manual explaining how to fix the issue, I called the number provided for questions and waited on hold for 15 minutes and was then directed to leave a message. I received another recorded message saying the voicemail box was full and was transferred to the corporate office where a very snotty lady told me how busy the customer assistance department was (I wonder why?) and told me I have no choice but to be patient and call back some other time. Don't waste your time with this product, or any product from this manufacturer.
