And then there was none...
The beginning this story drew me in right away, with the disappearance of two of the three triplets in the movie theater. Then the supposedly interesting family is introduced, as well as quite a few suspects, with equally believable reasons to abduct the girls. I was looking forward to a great and can't-put-down kind of book...Then by about 30% into the story, the writing pace got disturbed, names were changed, suspects got killed off unreasonably(to kill the lead), the personalities of the main characters did not remain constant, things were not explained, the story dragged on and on, and the most important, grammatical and spelling errors started appearing. I usually do not abandon books, but I really wanted to stop reading this book there and then. Finally I decided to scan through the useless parts of the story so I could reach the end faster. I was actually relieved when I got to the end. Now I have no recollection of the characters or the plot. The author tried very hard to tell us: this triplet is the sweet one; this triplet is the adventurous one...but, sorry to say, I have no recollection who is whom, not even their names.
