Loved it when I first got it now it sits in the trash. I think I used it maybe 20 times before it just stopped working. Before I threw it out I wanted to see if I could figure out what went wrong with it, I took off the bottom and found the thin rubber hose attached to the "steamer" was solid and brittle. It fell apart when I tried to take it off. Once the rubber hose was removed I saw the problem. The "steamer" was completely clogged with a white gunk that was preventing the water from getting through. The picture shows what it looks like when I cleaned it out. It likely would have worked again if I could replace the rubber hose but unfortunately for us (and fortunately for them) they do not sell that piece. So because of what is likely a $2 piece of hose I now need to buy a new steamer. Guess which brand I will NOT be getting.
