After a few months of loving this product, I purchased a container with contents completely different than I was used to. I always purchased this from my local grocery store and never had any issues. However, this last batch is completely different! Usually the product has no taste and dissolves easily into my coffee. This time, I noticed that it was much thicker and not tasteless. I reached out to Vital Proteins directly and in 6 days the only response I have received was asking me where I purchased my canister from. There was no explanation, no follow up (even though I asked again if this was okay and normal), and I find this extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. I came on amazon to see if anyone else experienced this issue and of course, there are other accounts. My husband and I have noticed that this batch has made our skin very itchy and did not produce any of the same benefits (such as stronger nails) that it used to. I urge Vital Proteins to take these claims seriously so others do not have the same experience with a bad batch. Sadly, they don’t seem to care.
