I had 2 of these locks which my girlfriend and I used to lock our e-scooters. We looked them on the main street in San Francisco to a bike stand, and by the time we visited a store, someone broke the locks and stole our scooters. It was so fast and easy, without any hacking tools and we lost around $1,500!! We submitted a customer support report, will update if something will happen.
