I'm very dissatisfied with this product for very simple reasons, they don't work. The ELAGO Earhooks allow the AirPods not to fall on the floor but they do not keep the AirPods in my ear. No matter how much I adjust, twist, turn or push them back in my ear, they just don't work. I've since purchased another product from Amazon that fulfills both of those tasks, completely. Furthermore, when I tried to return the product I was told they are not returnable. What kind of crap is that?? That's ok, they got my money but I will never buy anything else from ELAGO and seriously thinking about cancelling my Prime membership over this. I might as well throw this crappy device in the trashcan!
