First, a word to wise. Trust reviews that were written by customers who have used the product for more than 2 weeks. In my case, its been over two months. This tracker is a FLOP. 1. Tracker unit does not stay attached to pet collar. I guess if you have a poodle in a condo, this isn't an issue because you can look under the bed for it. We live on a ranch so it means searching a few acres of waste high weeds. It's that hard to engineer a small tracker to stay attched to a pet collar? Argh...really? 2. The battery life gets worse and worse. Fresh out of the box, it would run for 5 days without a recharge. Now, it needs a recharge on a daily basis. Huge inconvenience. What's most disappointing is this was manufactured by a large respected corporation. It's obvious they cut many corners in the development of this product.
