Original subtitles missing...forced to enable English subtitles that display during spoken English.
Lots of foreign languages (Dutch, German) without the original subtitles the movie was made with. Where they went only the technical “geniuses” at Amazon know. You have to turn on english subtitles through Prime and then you get them for the entire movie whether the actors are speaking English, German or it is just a sound (“bell ringing”... “footsteps”). Very distracting and not at all “customer-centric” as Amazon purports to be...but this is becoming more and more obvious as the years roll by and the service and product quality plummets.
