After a year and a half one of the "eyes" that you hook the rod to so you can wind it up broke. Since the paperwork that came with the shades say it had a 2-yr warranty I called the manufacturer and now they are trying to tell me it's only 1 year parts and 3 years or something for the fabric. My warranty says "this product" and does not split anything apart. So now I'm going through process of having to scan everything in and send it to them. Literally over a $10 replacement part (my cost mind you) they want to try to change warranty policies on me after I bought something under a previous policy? Will not buy anything from them again. Bait and switch.
