Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

All I can say is I really really tried to read this book. I read all the reviews and thought if this many people say its good then it must be good. Now I'm thinking "are we reading the same book??" I'm not even sure were to start so to be nice I'll start with the good.... the concept was good I really liked the general idea. The writer put a lot of time into making sure the reader knows absolutely everything there is to know.I definitely think the writer is talented and I would not be opposed to reading any other books by her. I would say the ending was good but sadly I can't because I never made it to the ending. Now the bad...... the writer spent a lot of time making sure the reader knew absolutely everything there is to know about everything!! I am one of those people that thinks some times less is more. There are way to many characters, way to many names to know, way to many people to keep up with!! Every time I turned a page a new character would appear....it got a bit ridiculous. Then after I finally learn a character I wouldn't read about them for a while then BAM their back and I would have no idea who exactly they were so I would have to go back to try to figure it out. And finally for me the thing that happened that made me say that's it I'm done I can no longer read this is, in one chapter Lisa is in Eric's kitchen it is morning and she is talking to Theresa the chapter ends with her looking up and noticing Jeff has left the kitchen.....the very next line of the very next sentence of the very next chapter is, it is night time Lisa is in the bed and she can't sleep and she is in her apartment which she is not suppose be at because they are staying at Eric's house because the killer is out there looking for them!! Like I said I really wanted to like this book but I couldn't.... at least not right now....this book seriously gave me a headache.... I will eventually read it all because I have never not completed a book but it will definitely be a long time before I do......
