Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

I've used Amazon to buy a lot of things before in the past. However, this is my first time writing a review. As usual, I did a bit of research prior to purchasing this product. Comparing it to other slow cookers sold on Amazon.com, it had the highest star rating and everyone wrote great reviews about it. Thus, I decided to order it. When I cooked with this slow cooker the first time, it was fine. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, after I used it again for the second time 1 week later and washed it afterwards, parts of the inside of the slow cooker which was originally black turned white. The paint or coating they used just faded away after my second use. I did not use any scraper or unusual chemicals to clean it. I simply used liquid detergent and the soft side of the sponge to clean it. Fortunately, I contacted Amazon.com, and they were nice enough to let me return it even though I had tossed the original box away. I just thought I would share my experience with everyone. It could have been that I just happened to get a defective slow cooker. However, you should save your original box just in case.
