Bests & Worsts Reviews from Amazon

A disappointment. We've had Rubbermaid dishracks and drainboards for years, and have always been satisfied. This thing is a redesign, with improved drainage -- great! But they made it SMALLER than the old version, which was already only just barely big enough (water from draining glasses & cups often fell outside the tray). The new version is just absurd -- no one who ever actually used a dishrack and drainboard could have been involved in its design. Back to Amazon it goes, within 5 minutes of opening the box. It's a shame.
