The bed is actually a very nice bed. But, it doesn't last. And, if you buy this through Amazon, you have to pay $35 to fulfill the warranty replacement. We bought this through Amazon a little under a year ago and everything seemed great. However, just recently the bladder started to leak. (We couldn't find the hole. It seems to be so small that it just gradually deflated throughout the night. So, you wake up with a half-inflated mattress and a sore neck.) Now, the bladder is covered via the warranty for 3 years by the manufacturer (Leggett & Platt). Great, right? But, you end up having to pay the manufacturer (Leggett & Platt) $35 for shipping and handling. ($35 is basically a THIRD of the price of a new bladder!) The most frustrating part is that if we had bought it from a different retailer (airdream dot net, for example) they fulfill the warranty WITHOUT charging that $35. So, we hate to steer people away from Amazon (because we generally like their Prime service, etc.) but, in this case, I'd definitely purchase this product elsewhere.
