I am upset with this product. Each month, I usually buy at least around $300 worth of products from Amazon, and I did not expect this to happen to me. The product I received from Amazon Prime is always the original one. It was also the original one when I bought it last time, but this time the product I received does not smell like Beautiful. It has very little, almost undetectable, fragrance. I opened it yesterday and found out that it does not smell like the one I bought last time and concluded that it is clearly a fake product. I never expected this from the product sold by “Amazon Prime.” I did not open the product as soon as I received it since I trusted it to be the original product as it was sold by “Amazon Prime.” In this way, a good company can lose the trust of its customer. This is sad.
