This is the third one I have bought within a 2 year time frame. I believe this product has issues with the wheels. The wheels are attached to the metal frame by plastic pieces. That is why they break after a while in the middle of the street. I live in New York City and use this for grocery shopping so it's not exactly rough terrain or heavy load. The only reason I keep buying the same cart is the compact fold as in Nyc we have no storage space to store the stronger all metal styles. When my second one broke few weeks ago I bought the third one after much consideration and hesitation. So far I have used it 4-5 times and a piece of the front wheel has already popped out and cannot be attached back and now the wheel is wobbly and the cart is imbalanced. I'm afraid I either got a defective one or they have managed to make it with even lower quality materials this time. I don't think I have a way of returning or replacing the product as I have already gotten rid of the shipping box and used it on the street.This is very upsetting as the price was even higher this time around and I doubt that I will buy the fourth in 2 years if this one ends up breaking as well!
