This review may seem a bit premature, but I will change it depending on how the company handles my complaint. I recently received this machine and the set up was reasonably simple. I used it the first time, didn't notice much but didn't expect much with just one use anyway. The suction/exfoliation did not seem to be very strong, even on the highest level, to be honest, and it does not begin to compare to what you can get at a salon that does this treatment professionally (some here claim it's as good, but I can't agree, if the salon is truly using a professional type machine)....again, this is just MY opinion based on the first use. The next time I attempted to use the machine, the on/off switch did not work. The only way it will stay powered on is if I HOLD the switch down in the on position....needless to say I was not happy that this would happen with a brand new machine. I had read at another web-site that this is a problem that is known about, yet I've not seen any of the reviewers here mention a problem with their power switch so I guess it's just my bad luck. Anyway, I've reported the problem, and again, depending on the quality of customer support I will be back to let people know if their service is fair and reasonable. *Keeping fingers crossed*... UPDATE 10-19-2012: As soon as I posted my initial review I emailed customer support...they only offered to send me a replacement switch and I have to install it. They emailed the instructions to take the machine apart and replace the switch. Sooo....Just got the replacement switch yesterday...have not installed it yet, not sure I really want to take on this task or dispute this purchase, just does not seem right that I should have to take apart something that cost this much to repair it myself. Will again update after I try to communicate with them and see what, if any, my options are at this point. I'll be back...
