Website has chat feature alleging "immediate" help, but in actuality is a submit form that will be responded to via email in undisclosed time frame. At this time Cameo 4 support information is virtually nonexistent on the website, FAQs, troubleshooting links for connection problems, etc. They were not prepared to support the release of this product. When deciding to invest in my first cutting machine, I did TONS of research before deciding to wait for the release of the Cameo 4. I've had it about 24 hours now and have experienced disappointment, frustration and hours wasted. I have decided one thing - once functioning, my first design cut will be a reminder sticker for my machine that reads, "There's no crying in vinyl."
