Almost certainly NOT Liposmal Vitamin C
Liposomal vitamin C is by definition vitamin C that is encapsulated in tiny spheres of oil, in this case sunflower lecithin. This product consists entirely of dry powder. I purchased 1 bottle because it is less than 1/3 the cost of LivOn Labs' Lypo-Spheric Vitamin C. My thinking was LivOn Labs' product is overpriced and these folks have got it right. As soon as I received this shipment I opened the bottle and inspected a capsule. It was squishy like it contained an oil. Which made me hopeful. I opened the capsule and found it partially filled with powder. I think this packaging is intended to appear to be oil filled to make buyers think this product is similar to the LivOn Labs product which is a honey-textured oil. I tasted the contents and they were slightly tangy like vitamin C. I did not detect any significant amount of lecithin. This is probably the first Amazon review I have done and I don't enjoy the fact that this is an extremely negative review. If someone can point to independent 3rd party testing of this product by a respectable lab certifying it is indeed liposomal vitamin C then I will immediately revise my review and purchase this product on a subscription basis. The price is excellent for liposomal vitamin C but the price is HIGH for vitamin C. It is one thing to willingly choose to purchase expensive vitamin C and it's another to be sold vitamin C advertised as liposomal vitamin C. I returned the product immediately and I am hugely impressed by Amazon's support. Based on the information available to me I could never recommend this product to anyone.
