This is not saffron,no aroma,dried ,no taste . Turns water red immediately suggesting dyes used. Trust me I know saffron,I am indian and know the taste ,consistency and above all aroma.This is the most expensive cooking item in all the country! Go to your local Indian grocery store for some.
