For starters, I've always been a big fan of Bose products. We have a 5.1 surround sound system in the house, I have noise cancelling headphones I use for travel, etc. I was given these as a Christmas gift in 2016. The product worked flawlessly for about a year. Evidently there is a 1-year warranty on the product, and of course just after Christmas 2017 the product started having issues. It won't hold a charge, will shut down suddenly, etc. For a Bose product, especially given the cost, I would expect much more.
