This seemed like a quality product but dysfunctional. Initial setup seemed ok. Powered up, connected to bluetooth, down loaded phone book from cel. when finished, showed 69 contacts. This is where the good ends. Could not access phone book. Followed the included set up guide exactly, repeatedly. Set up guide directs to review phonebook entries press( "CID" + volume button + book image) Error messages, "base not powered" (it was), "not available", etc. Scrolling through menu it did not show phonebook but did show "directory" selecting directory gave "review" selected > blank screen. Tried online search, no manual but basically an FAQs that were aggravating to navigate and did not show many items related to search terms, consistently referring to different models even after repeatedly entering the correct model # vs112-4. Repeatedly! Tried using the phone # contact. Voice menu options referenced the those steps shown in the set up guide. Chose to speak to a person. Result, "long wait time", hold until "leave name and number for call back". Three hours later, no call back. Tried phone call again same options. decided to return item but post here to help someone else decide.
