When I purchased this pillow a few months ago I was very disappointed in the quality of this item. There certainly is not enough filling to do what Mike says it will do. The minute my head hits this pillow my head hits the mattress with no support whatsoever . I kept it thinking I would feel better but with no satisfaction. I think if it had a little more filling In it , my neck would have more support . Oh well a lesson learned! Thanks for listening. EG Massachusetts
