I used it, AND I used something else that cost about $20...guess which won?
I am a personal trainer with more than 25 years experience, have a home gym that I train clients with AND an online fitness group for women over 40. I am always looking for ways to challenge myself AND clients. I used Stealth at a friends gym...it does work as advertised. BUT...I took $20 and some double sided velcro and got a small stability ball...you can velcro (or tape) your phone to the ball and use the app the same way and the effect is nearly identical...again, for $20. Stealth works...but I'm sorry, the fitness industry is FULL of overpriced stuff...I guess for some that have too much money then no harm no foul, but so many are looking for real results and are desperate. I simply want to help. If you have money and the price is no object, go for it. If not, and you are SERIOUS about getting the same results, then grab a small stability ball...yes it takes some getting used to, but the effect is there and actually more intense. Stay safe and use what helps you, this is just my honest 2 cents.
