This product seems to operate fine. The reason I am returning it and giving it a terrible review is that in order to pair the product with the app you have to give the app wholly invasive permissions to your phone. It's ludicrous that bluetooth pairing won't function unless you give the app access to your phone's location, camera, and storage. Why on earth would it need access to all of that, or any of it? I have other bluetooth control apps for smart devices in my house that need none of that and function perfectly. If you deny any if the permissions the bluetooth will not pair and the device will not function properly.
