Initially my husband was pleased, but his opinion has changed greatly. it is already sagging and worse yet, the topper is separating. We will be advising Zinus, Inc. of our displeasure. Update on 5--8-2017: On April 24, 2017 I wrote to the warranty department at Zinus, Inc. I used the address I found on their website. Today I received my letter back with the postal service sticker Return to sender not deliverable as addressed. Needless to say we are disgusted and we hope our review will save others from wasting their money on junk!
