VERY DANGEROUS...
VERY DANGEROUS!
This may not be the case for all chairs, but it was for mine. *see attached video.
This product has bad bearings. The wheels grip floor when moving and forth causing the chair to lock in place causing you to flip over. I fell over twice. Unacceptable.
