Bricked after less than a week
I've had this product for less than one week. I tried to install a firmware update via the app, following all the steps as directed. Halfway through the update, the device stopped responding to any and all input. A complete brick. A worthless piece of metal and plastic. Of course, I tried contacting support online. Completely useless. I told them in a couple of sentences exactly what happened, and they took none of that information into account. They forced me to answer a senseless series of questions that, if they had bothered to read my initial response would have been obvious. I had to repeat myself multiple times and waste fifteen minutes, just so they could "escalate" the problem and get me an email response in 24-48 hours. So now I have a useless piece of junk that won't even get a serious response for two days. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS OR ANY OTHER FITBIT PRODUCTS.
