I bought 4 of these blankets for my family for Christmas. We've used them only a couple of times for movie nights at home, and three out of four of them no longer work and have stopped heating. A 75% failure rate, within 2 months, on a gently used product, is simply unacceptable. The wiring inside three of the blankets no longer heats up, and one of the cords also appears to have stopped working, with the control no longer lighting up. I spent nearly $300 on four blankets and want a refund. Do not buy! If the company actually offers a refund, I will come back and let you know, but as of now, nothing. Update: Amazon refunded the price of three of the blankets. The fourth blanket stopped working.
