A pedal fell off about four months in. It became stripped and I need a new pedal and part that received the pedal is also stripped That was two or three months ago. The product had a warranty period of a year and the process has been a complete disaster. Nobody responded to my claim. Finally I had a phone call and was assured everything would be fine and I would receive replacement parts. That was a month ago. Haven’t heard back and I have followed up twice. I want my money back
