First the good. 1. The connection to home wifi worked great to notify when my dog came and went from the house. 2. Customer support was VERY responsive. Now the not so good. 1. Customer support did not resolve the following: 2. Bluetooth connection comes and goes for long periods, even on leash, tested with two different phones. This shows as "last seen" in the wrong place. 3. GPS takes several minutes if it does find the dog, which is less than half of the times I tried. 4. When GPS did locate it was off by about 200 yards. 5. These results were with great Verizon coverage. It tracks my phone great, but not the device/dog. If you want a fitness tracker, maybe. I wanted a GPS tracker. Testing it several times walking trails in the woods this showed me and my dog apart when we were together and didn't find her when we were apart. On to the next brand.
