Update: seller got back to us, issuing a refund when they receive broken freezer. Not replacing the item. Not the meat lost that the freezer ruined Freezer stopped working. We lost hundreds of dollars in meat and spent hours cleaning up rotten blood out of our flooring. I am 6 months pregnant and when baby comes we will no longer have space to store breast milk or food. I am so disappointed in this product and so angry all of our food was wasted! Waiting on a refund and reply from the seller
