I had a shark and loved it but it finally quit on me so I ordered this Bissell. It has a few flaws, you can't see how much water is remaining in the device and the main part is not well balanced. The biggest issue is the nasty burn I received when the plastic parts in my hand came apart. It is a huge design flaw. The plastic pieces don't lock very well and when they came lose all of the steam was sprayed directly into my palm. Lastly, when I called customer service I was transferred a lot and did not receive any answers or support. To say I'm displeased is an understatement.
