Very disappointed. I ordered 3 10lb bags of soy wax. Each ten pound order was in a box with two bags and the box clearly states 10 lb. I put each bag in the scale and you can see the result. They are under packing each bag by nearly 1lb, or two pounds per small box. For my order that shorted me almost 6 lbs which in a narrow margin business, that is product I can’t sell.
