They were great while they lasted. 1. Out of nowhere the right earbud stopped working. Since it's the master earbud, it makes both earphobuds useless. The same thing happened to my other pair (I own 2 presently). 2. Pairing sucks. I used to think it was OK until I got the BOLTUNE V5.0 competitor. The BOLTUNE pairs extremely easily with iPhones (takes 3 seconds). Also, it is operational 1 second after it's pulled from the case ( before it even makes it to your ear). The TOZO is very clumsy when paired with iPhones. I had to re-pair maybe once a week. Both TOZO earbuds also try to pair to iPhones at the same time when only the right one (the master) is supposed to. If you mistakenly pair the one showing as T10-L (as proposed to T10-R) it will not work. 3. Not good enough for calls. People on the other end complain that my voice sounds distant as if I was 5 feet away from the device. That being said, sound quality is good for music I gotta give it to TOZO, I was pleased with the sound. All in all, there are much better options out there for the same price - or less. The TOZO might have been great 5 years ago but I can tell you it has since been surpassed by competition.
