2019 Review of King Size Leesa from 2016
Bough in 2016 directly from the manufacturer, within only 1 to 1.5 years developed sags. I am 220 lbs. When I sit on my side of the bed, the mattress caves in and forces my body to roll towards the lowest part of the mattress. My wife side is nearly the same but not as bad as she only weights 160 lbs.
The mattress also sleeps hot, not cool like advertised. Leesa doesn't provide warranty returns for comfort, and returns require visible proof of the mattress sagging more than one inch. Good luck proving that without laying on the mattress.
When getting off the mattress it re-inflates to near-perfect shape, but don't let that fool you, it will not take long for back support to be nearly non-existent after some time.
My son bought a knockoff foam mattress that has similar problems, but he has the whole bed to himself and moves around a lot so the weight is more evenly distributed over time, the sag is not as bad.
It seems the foam mattresses nowadays are nowhere near perfect as the ads would have you believe. And unfortunately, we can't afford an expensive luxury hotel mattress type either. Very disappointed.
