Oh my. Very silly. The main character gets her divorce papers in the AM before she leaves for work and by that night has taken a flight to London. She doesn’t even pack any clothes so presumably she carries her passport around with her? She takes a 250£ taxi ride from Heathrow to a seaside town. She stumbles onto a place to live at what sounds like half-term school holidays, rents a storefront, does a business plan PLUS applies for and is approved for a work visa in the UK in about a week. I realize this is fiction but I was really unable to suspend disbelief over the basics here. Fortunately the book was free on Kindle so I only lost the hour or so I gave it to get 30% in.
