I am so careful what I feed my dog. I read through everything on the site and no where obvious did it say sugar/cane sugar. Seriously? They bother with Organic chicken and all the other good things and then sugar is the second ingredient. I wouldn't use it if it were the last ingredient - but the SECOND INGREDIENT IS CANE SUGAR? The blurbs read like it's this great healthy organic chicken treat - and let me say there is nothing great or healthy about sugar - and certainly not needed in recipes for dogs. Dog stomachs and dog teeth are far better off without sugar. And as the second ingredient - this to me is nuts. Apparently somewhere if you look carefully enough it lets you know there is sugar - according to the questions and answers - but I just read through again to see how I missed this before ordering - and I still missed it. Unless this company intends deception - I suggest they make the total list of ingredients obvious - and better yet - make organic dog treats without sugar.
