DOES NOT FIT! A WASTE OF MONEY
These are NOT sized for a 4x4 post at all. The bottoms measure 4 1/8 inches, which on a 4x4 post means you have a GAP of 5/8 inch on all four sides. There is no way to attach these securely without adding your own material of some kind to try and fill that gap. I uploaded photos to show how they do not fit a standard 4x4.
