I was loving this coffee maker until it started leaking a lot of water during each brew from the back of the unit. I have just contacted the manufacturer to see if they will send a replacement. Hope they respond asap as I don't want to lose my faith in this product. [Update] Well, the reseller responded, in my opinion, unsatisfactory. I was expecting after pay about 60 bucks for this 5 cup coffee maker that they would replace the product since I've had it less than 6 months before it started leaking. They did not do this so I'm not recommending this product to anyone and especially discourage anyone from ordering from this seller on Amazon. Very disappointed!
