Let me start by saying I LOVE soft beds, but also am able to sleep in all types beds. I've never had back pain from sleeping and never really had a complaint about a mattress. I was really hopeful for this one because of all the great reviews - but I have never had issues sleeping like I've had with this mattress. There is absolutely no support at all, and it even sags/sinks in the middle. I've woken up in the middle of the night for the past week with back pains so bad I've had to put a pillow under my lower back for support. I even ended up sleeping on the couch last night since it was more supportive than this bed. I'm really not sure how this mattress got such rave reviews because I find it nearly unsleepable. Normally I don't write negative reviews, but feel for something this expensive and as important to your life as a mattress is, I should share my experience.
