Purchased the Idoo Led Hydroponic System from Smartindex@Amazon (third party). It stopped working a few days after the 30-day return window. Contacted the iDoo company and they offered a replacement but said we would have to pay for the shipping costs to return the system "for analysis." I checked Smartindex online, which showed it as a part of Amazon. Per the return policy, as below, the company needs to provide a return label so that the customer does not have to pay for shipping. This was an expensive and large item - they should reimburse us for shipping when they sell a faulty product. Return Policy: Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, provide a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return.
