I checked with the NOW company and asked whether their MK-7 Vitamin K-2 was made from Natto. They told me that they had changed the formulation and it is now being made synthetically and is NOT soy based anymore. I'll be returning the vitamins I ordered from Amazon and ask them to change their description to synthetic based. Synthetic is not recommended in the various health articles I've read about this vitamin.
