Installed. No issues. Was not sensing motion and thus never recorded. Was on phone for 2 hours with factory support. They said the doorbell was defective. HOWEVER, they would not replace it because I bought it from "Amazon" and not them directly. Worst warranty call I have ever had. Unit was 1 day old. I returned this garbage to seller from Amazon and was issued a refund. Don't waste your money....It's not perfected technology yet.
